Nibav Home Elevators come with its own self supported structure. This ensures that this elevator needs ZERO Civil Works, in fact you do not need to build any side wall, column, beam or even a supporting structure.
It is quite common for one to get claustrophobic especially when traveling in an enclosed elevator. Nibav Home Elevator allows you to enjoy the panoramic view of your house and surrounding with its 360 degree Glass.
Conventional elevators require you to provide a space of 5ft x 5ft for a cabin space of 3ft x 3ft. But for Nibav Home lifts, all you need to provide is a space of 3.5ft x 3.5ft for a cabin size of 3ft x 3ft.
Nibav Home Elevators are manufactured using the combination of Aluminium and Galvanised Steel, This allows the elevator to be light weight without compromising the strength. This also improves the built quality and life of the lifts as rusting become impossible. A two stop elevator would roughly weight only 680 KG , this allows the elevator to be installed even on your balcony or on existing flooring without any need of special concreting or reinforcements.
Nibav Home Elevator operates on single phase power and consumes only 3.7 Kva of power when going up. During descend, this elevator consume ZERO power which make it a GREEN Elevator. Since our elevator use Air as the main source of operation, it does not require any oil or lubrication. This allows us to reduce the frequency of servicing from monthly to once every 4 months.
Elevator pits are known as the Devil's Basement, as its known for collecting dust and being a home for Insects and termites. This is no more an issue with Nibav Home Elevator, due to its pitless technology these elevators are even Vastu Compliant and ideal for existing homes.
